Engineering With over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, the mechanical engineers at Geographe Energy are able to offer our clients expert advice on the selection of valves for new applications and modifications to existing equipment to improve on current performance or establish fitness for purpose. All design work is undertaken to comply with petroleum industry standards and ISO9001, and is automatically accompanied by Internal Certification from Geographe Energy.  The engineering department establishes the process conditions in consultation with the client and then calculations are performed to determine stresses, torque figures and fitness for purpose. The engineering department is also responsible for maintaining a list of preferred suppliers to assist clients in selecting manufacturers that provide quality products.
