Knowledge Mgt

    • A105 and other carbon steels
    • AISI 4140 and other high tensile steels
    • Various stainless steels ( 316, 410, 420 etc. )
    • Duplex
    • Super Duplex ( Zeron 100, SAF2507 etc. )
    • Titanium ( All grades )
    • Stellite's
    • Inconel's
    • Super Austenitic SS ( ie: 254SMO )

The deposit of Stellite and Inconel can be done via GTAW or Plasma Transfer Arc welding, the later, conducted through a second generation machine, which has a superior cooling system. An example of which being a 24" Control valve plug that was repaired, 110 kgs of Inconel 625 and 70 kgs of Stellite No. 6 was deposited successfully with continuous running of the machine.

The Titanium and exotic stainless steels are welded in a chamber monitored by an Oxygen analyser.  Continual purging with gas enables a 100% oxygen free atmosphere and ensures success first time, every time, with absolutely no rework.

Welders are coded to various standards including ANSI/ASME B31.3 / ASME IX qualifications.
