Geographe Energy has a constant resource requirement in all aspects of the business due to the continual growth in Australia and throughout the world. This requirement has been increased with the purchase of Geographe Energy by Cameron USA and processes are in place to actively recruit, train, develop and retain the personnel required.
There are over 120 skilled technicians / maintenance personnel working from these locations providing a 24/7 service to our clients.
Stringent quality control guidelines govern every refurbishment, ensuring that attention to every detail is given. Specific emphasis is used in determining the underlying cause of problem valves and to engineer solutions for them. Ball grinding, specialised welding and Hydrostatic and Gas Pressure Testing to 20,000 psig are just some of the processes available in our refurbishment programme.
