Geographe Energy is located in the Kewdale, Western Australia service facility. The 3000m2 workshop is fitted with 20 tonne overhead cranes, with drive-through access for low-loaders, giving the capability to handle large pieces of equipment quickly and easily. The adjacent building provides 800m2 of warehouse for storage of inventory along with 500m2 of administration and engineering offices.

Comprehensive plant and equipment with a 7days a week operation enables Geographe to provide a quick turnaround for all valve refurbishments. Specialist valve ball grinding equipment ensures that the repairs are not held up for long lead and costly replacements. This equipment has been designed for rapid stock removal, accuracy and its ability to super finish surfaces of various materials. It is capable of grinding up to 26” NB, the machine is fully enclosed to enable the use of flood coolant and has an electronic feed increment system, allowing unattended grinding.
